DISABILITY WING CALL
February 26, 2004
1:00 P.M-3:00 P.M. EST

Due to interference on the conference line, we ask that you do not call-in on a cell phone. By February 20th, please respond to April Strathy at 410-786-2544 or via e-mail at astrathy2@cms.hhs.gov and state if you plan to attend (by phone). We will have a toll-free operator-assisted capability for this meeting. The telephone number will be given to you when you make your reservation. About 50 lines will be reserved. If you reserve a dedicated line for this teleconference, and later learn you will not be able to use it, CMS must receive a cancellation 3 days prior to the date of the call to avoid user charges. Please submit any advance questions you have to Janet Miller at jmiller2@cms.hhs.gov 3 days prior to the call and we will try to incorporate them. Time permitting, additional questions will be taken at the end of the call. A transcript of the agenda will be available upon request.
