Job Opportunities at Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services

(From CMS) The Disabled and Elderly Health Programs Group (DEHPG) in the Center for Medicaid and State Operations (CMSO,) CMS currently has positions available for qualified applicants who want to help us make a difference for American's long-term care system. These positions are located at CMS Headquarters, 7500 Security Boulevard, in Baltimore, Maryland.

With the passage of the Deficit Reduction Act, and ongoing activities associated with the President's New Freedom Initiative, we certainly have a lot of work to do! We need qualified and experienced individuals with analytical minds and a background in long-term care to help us with the Money Follows the Person Grant Program, estate planning, and other aspects of community-based long term care services.

• CMS may hire certain veterans and individuals with disabilities without using a posting. If you have or can obtain a State certification or a doctor's certification that you have a targeted disability, we may be able to hire you!
