$4.5 Million Available for State Incentive Grants for Treatment of Co-Occurring Substance Related and Mental Health Disorders

The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) today announced the availability of funds for four grants to treat persons with co-occurring substance-related and mental disorders. The Co-Occurring State Incentive Grants (COSIG) will support, develop and enhance the infrastructure of state treatment service systems to increase capacity to provide accessible, effective, comprehensive, coordinated, integrated, and evidence-based treatment services to persons with co-occurring substance abuse and mental health disorders, and their families.
