Free Webcast: The Clinician & Group Survey: What You Need to Know About AHRQ's Newest CAHPS® Instrument
Tuesday, May 8, 2007 - 1:30-3:00 pm EDT

This Webcast will formally launch the new Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS) Clinician & Group Survey, designed to provide standardized information on patients' experiences with their physicians. This is your opportunity to learn what you need to know about this survey and get your questions answered by the CAHPS Consortium.

• What questionnaires are available for use in primary care and specialty practices?

• How do these questionnaires compare to other CAHPS surveys?

• What do I need to do to administer this survey?

• How do I report the results of this survey, and to whom?

• Will I be able to benchmark my results against anything?

• Who is currently using this survey, and what are they doing with it?

Speakers include representatives of the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality as well as the CAHPS grantees. We also anticipate that current users of the survey will be available to share their own experiences with this measurement tool.
