CMS Real Choice Systems Change Grants Avaliable to Support Mental Health Self-Direction

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services have released the FY 2006 Real Choice Systems Change grant announcement focused on Systems Transformation. These grants are to fund infrastructure developments and not service delivery. Among other activities, these grants can support efforts to promote mental health self-direction.

Eligible applicants are State agencies.

Applications are due: June 15
