SAMHSA Solicits Comments on Contract Mechanism

On Friday, July 21, 2006, the Division of Contracts Management advertised a Request for Information in the Federal Business Opportunity Website, www.fedbizopps.gov for the SAMHSA Wide Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Requirement to be awarded in Fiscal Year 2007.

This information is being provided to the field for a period of time to allow organizations to review and provide comments on the document.

The comments will be due by August 11, 2006. The comments received will be reviewed by SAMHSA and a determination will be made on whether to revise the Statement of Work based on the comments received. It is the intent to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for this requirement in September 2006.

This is only a request for comment not a request for capability statement or proposals.
