The Kaiser Family Foundation released three datasets examining state receipt of federal health reform funding. The first dataset outlines which states received consumer assistance program grants and how much they received. The grants provide funding to establish or support ombudsman programs. The second dataset outlines how many individuals in each state received $250 rebate checks for reaching the Medicare Prescription Drug Program (Part D) “doughnut hole” coverage gap in 2010. The dataset also notes the total amount of rebate funding state residents received. The third dataset outlines how many health plans received federal payments under the law’s Early Retiree Reinsurance Program (ERRP), and how much they received
