With the emphasis that the Affordable Care Act places on the patient centered medical home (PCMH) and the demonstration programs that have been established to show its effectiveness, a thorough evaluation process must be established to capture the lessons learned from these demonstrations. This article published in Medical Care captures suggestions for evaluative criteria from various practitioners who have pariticpated in the evaluation of PCMHs in the past.
