National Health Care Trend Survey, First Half 2010

A survey by Buck Consultants projects that premiums for employer-sponsored health plans will increase approximately 11 percent in 2011.  The survey found that premiums will rise an average of 11.6 percent for Preferred Provider Organizations (PPOs), 10.6 percent for Health Maintenance Organizations (HMOs), and 11.3 percent for high-deductible health plans.
