Patient-Centered Medical Home Demonstration: A Prospective, Quasi-Experimental, Before and After Evaluation

This quasi-experimental evaluation of a patient-centered medical home (PCMH) approach, found that, in one health care system, the PCMH was associated with improvements in patient experience, quality of care, and clinician burn-out without increasing overall cost.
