On October 26, the Kaiser Family Foundation (KFF) released data on states’ lawsuits over the national health care reform law.  KFF created a color-coded map and chart to depict which states have filed a lawsuit or joined a federal lawsuit over the law.  Clicking on an individual state offers further information on health reform activities in that state as well as grants the state has applied for or received.
