The Kaiser Family Foundation published a brief outlining the combined effects of the Senate bill (H.R.3590) and the Reconciliation Bill (H.R.4872). The Kaiser Family Foundation also updated an interactive health care subsidy calculation tool to reflect changes made by HR 4872.
From the report: On March 23, 2010, President Obama signed the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act passed by the Senate on December 24, 2009 and by the House of Representatives on March 21, 2010. The following summary explains key health coverage provisions in the new law and incorporates modifications to the law included in the Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act of 2010, signed by President Obama on March 30, 2010.
