The Effects of the Affordable Care Act on Workers' Health Insurance Coverage

This report published in the New England Journal of Medicine examines the role that employer-provided health insurance plays in healthcare reform, focusing particularly on the expansion of employer-provided insurance through the act. At the same time, the article explores the possibility of the gradual disappearance of this type of insurance due to other provisions of the act.
