The Commercial Health Insurance Industry in an Era of Eroding Employer Coverage

This article describes the changes to the health insurance landscape over recent years and their anticipated effects on private insurance companies.  The study notes the decline in employer-sponsored health insurance coverage and changes in the Medicaid and Medicare markets including the move towards Medicaid managed care.
