Walking the Tightrope of Health Insurance Reform between 2010 and 2014

The New England Journal of Medicine published a study examining the implementation of national health reform.  The authors suggest that it is critical to implement the law in a manner that does not result in large insurance premium increases or a decrease in coverage, and propose that the Obama Administration adopt a policy of minimal disruption until popular aspects of the law can be properly implemented.
