This article by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation analyzes the impact that the merger of Wisconsin's Badger Care and the state Medicaid program have had in enrollment and retention. The key findings include an increase of 33% in overall enrollment, made up of a 29% increase in enrollment of children and a 46% increase in adult enrollment.
