  Project ABC is designed to create a system of care for young children who are in need of mental health services in the Los Angeles area. Our goal is ensure that children birth to 5 years have access to mental health services that are family-centered, strength-based, and culturally competent. Families are the focus of our efforts and are key partners in everything we do.

  This System of Care provides a forum for communities to collaborate, develop new and existing resources, advocate, and educate for a children's mental and behavioral health care system that builds on the strengths of families and the community. The System of Care ensures that services are community-based, family-focused, and culturally competent.
