ADSS builds upon the 1990 Drug Services Research Survey (DSRS) and the Services Research Outcome Study (SROS) with a more complete sampling frame, an enhanced sampling design, and more detailed measures of the level of treatment services provided, the costs of treatment, and clients in treatment.
