29 In Table 13.3, tests of statistical significance were not done in situations where the arrest estimates were of low precision for people who had not used illicit drugs or had not been drunk on 51 or more days in the past year. For the situations in Table 13.3 where reliable arrest estimates were available for people who had or had not engaged in the behaviors of interest in the past year, past year illicit drug users and people who were drunk on 51 or more days in the past year were always significantly more likely than their counterparts to have been arrested.
