Who Can Apply: Eligibility is limited to local governments (cities, towns, counties and their departments and political subdivisions), and to tribes, tribal governments or other federally recognized tribal authorities and organizations. Hospitals, community health centers, school systems or court systems are not eligible for TCE grants, nor are private community-based organizations.
