Office of Communications

The Office of Communications is SAMHSA’s voice and face to the public.

Through the Office of Communications, SAMHSA:

  • Guides SAMHSA’s strategic communications plan
  • Manages SAMHSA’s web presence
  • Maintains an engaging social media presence
  • Builds partnerships with the media and responds to media inquiries
  • Creates and disseminates SAMHSA products through the SAMHSA store
  • Consults and partners with other SAMHSA Centers and Offices on outreach and engagement strategies
