The Office of Evaluation (OE) has released the Supporting American Indians and Alaska Natives report and statistical profile. SAMHSA grant programs provide mental health and substance use prevention, treatment, and recovery services to American Indians and Alaska Natives (AI/ANs) across all 50 states and the District of Columbia. This profile presents data aggregated across all SAMHSA discretionary grants that reported client-level data for the period from October 1, 2019, through September 30, 2025.
