Why are estimates on treatment outcomes based on only 2022 data?

In 2022, major revisions were made to the drug treatment and mental health service use sections of the survey. These changes better reflect the current state of treatment services and their delivery. The new measures are not comparable to the measures used in 2021. So, these estimates were based on 2022 data alone.
