How do I access and analyze data?
To search for specific data, select Data > Browse Series and search for the appropriate study/codebook/download/etc.
You can also use the Data Analysis System (DAS), which is now available and ready for use for all users anywhere in the world. It is a user-friendly online analysis tool for users to analyze public-use data. This tool allows users to review study variables, run crosstab analyses, perform logistic regressions, and download the results of any analysis to CSV format. You can also output custom crosstabs using pooled years of restricted-use data that pass built-in confidentiality restraints. Restricted-use data will not display actual microdata and it does not return results that fail to comply with SAMHSA’s disclosure limitations.
