This issue of the National Survey on Drug Use and Health (NSDUH) Report presents combined 2008 to 2010 data to examine the prevalence of past year major depressive episode (MDE) among full-time college students and other young adults aged 18 to 22. Data on past year MDE, severity of impairment due to symptoms of depression, and receipt of speciality mental health treamtent are presented for full-time college students and other young adults, with some comparisons by gender and race/ethnicity.
