2019 National Directory of Mental Health Treatment Facilities

The National Directory of Mental Health Treatment Facilities - 2019 is a listing of federal, state, and local government facilities and private facilities that provide mental health treatment services. It includes treatment facilities that responded to the 2018 National Mental Health Services Survey (N-MHSS). The information about each facility that appears in this Directory was provided by that facility in response to the 2018 N-MHSS. The N-MHSS is conducted annually by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA).

National Directory of Drug and Alcohol Abuse Treatment Facilities - 2019

The National Directory of Drug and Alcohol Abuse Treatment Facilities - 2019 is a listing of federal, state, and local government facilities and private facilities that provide substance abuse treatment services. It includes treatment facilities that (1) are licensed, certified, or otherwise approved for inclusion in the Directory by their State Substance Abuse Agencies, and (2) responded to the 2018 National Survey of Substance Abuse Treatment Services (N-SSATS).

Treatment Episode Data Set (TEDS): 2017 Admissions to and Discharges from Publicly-Funded Substance Use Treatment

This report presents national- and state-level data from the Treatment Episode Data Set (TEDS) for admissions and discharges occurring in 2017, and trend data from 2007 to 2017. It summarizes demographic information and the characteristics and outcomes of treatment for alcohol and/or drug use among clients aged 12 years and older in facilities that report to individual state administrative data systems. Data include records for treatment admissions and discharges that were received and processed through November 21, 2018.

NSDUH 2017 Editing and Imputation Report

This report focuses on the editing and statistical imputation procedures that were applied to respondent data for the 2017 NSDUH. Logical editing uses data from elsewhere within the same respondent's record to reduce the occurrence of missing or ambiguous data or to resolve inconsistencies between related variables. Imputation is defined as the replacement of missing values with valid, nonmissing values. Statistical imputation usually involves some randomness to preserve the natural variability in the data.
