Cocaine

Cocaine, both crack and powder, is a powerful stimulant often misused in the United States. Cocaine use can have devastating consequences, including overdose and death. To understand and prevent substance use, SAMHSA staff collects and analyzes data on cocaine use. These data include patterns of use, associated demographic factors, consequences of use, and drug-related treatment.
