Immediate Services Program (ISP)

The ISP is a Crisis Counseling Assistance and Training Program (CCP) grant program that provides disaster relief assistance for up to 60 days after a Presidentially declared emergency with CCP designated or the President has issued a major disaster declaration with Individual Assistance (IA) designated.

The ISP funds immediate, short-term disaster relief and crisis counseling services.

To apply for the ISP, a state, territory, or tribe must submit a completed application packet within 14 days of a Presidentially declared emergency with CCP designated or the President has issued a major disaster declaration with IA designated. • ISP Application Form (PDF | 745 KB) (Required): Fill out this application to apply for the ISP grant.
• Application for Federal Assistance Standard Form SF-424 (PDF | 144 KB) (Required): The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) requires all grant applicants to complete this form. All entities that apply for CCP funds must submit a completed SF-424 signed by their governor’s authorized representative. • Budget Information for Non-Construction Programs SF-424A (PDF | 132 KB) (Required): This is an OMB-required form for grant applications. Complete “Section B - Budget Categories,” column one only, for the total CCP budget. To complete the form, the PDF must be downloaded and saved to your computer before the form is fully available for completion.
• Assurances for Non-Construction Programs SF-424B (PDF | 64.2 KB) (Required): This is an OMB-required form for grant applicants. All CCP applicants must submit a signed form.
