Systematic evidence review and meta-analysis of the efficacy, comparative effectiveness, and harms of medications both FDA approved and others for adults with alcohol-use disorders, and to evaluate the evidence from primary care settings.

This review updates information about the clinical presentation of infants exposed to intrauterine drugs and the therapeutic options for treatment of withdrawal and is expanded to include evidence-based approaches to the management of the hospitalized infant who requires weaning from analgesics or sedatives.

The objectives of this study are to review published international monitoring guidelines, establish goals for metabolic monitoring, and make recommendations for practice for patients treated with antipsychotic medications.
