Public Health System Impact Statement (PHSIS) / Single State Agency Coordination: Applicants must send the PHSIS to appropriate State and local health agencies by application deadline. Comments from Single State Agency are due no later than 60 days after application deadline.

Description

The purpose of the Assisted Outpatient Treatment (AOT) program is to implement AOT in communities to support adults with serious mental illness who meet state-specific criteria for AOT.

Eligibility

Eligibility is statutorily limited to States, counties, cities mental health systems (including state mental health authorities), mental health courts, or any other entity with authority under the law of the state in which the applicant grantee is located to implement, monitor, and oversee AOT programs.
