Description

The purpose of this program is to strengthen community-based recovery organizations, their statewide networks of recovery stakeholders, and specialty and general healthcare systems as key partners in the delivery of state and local recovery support services (RSS) through collaboration, systems improvement, public health messaging, and training conducted for or with key recovery groups.

Eligibility

Eligible applicants are States and Territories (American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands), including the District of Columbia; political subdivisions of States; Indian Tribes or Tribal organizations; health facilities; programs operated by or in accordance with a contract or award with the Indian Health Service; or other public or private non-profit entities.

Anticipated Total Available Funding: Up to $600,000

Anticipated Number of Awards: 2

Anticipated Award Amount: Up to $245,000 per year per award

Length of Project: Up to three years

Cost Sharing/Match Required?: No

Proposed budgets cannot exceed $245,000 in total costs (direct and indirect) in any year of the proposed project. Annual continuation awards will depend on the availability of funds, grantee progress in meeting project goals and objectives, timely submission of required data and reports, and compliance with all terms and conditions of award.
