DBHIS contains resources and toolkits in disaster behavioral health. Resources focus on specific populations, disaster types, or other topics pertinent to disaster behavioral health preparedness, response, and recovery.

SAMHSA Program to Advance Recovery Knowledge (SPARK)

SPARK provides resources to advance recovery-oriented care across the nation for people with mental health and/or substance use conditions.

SSI/SSDI Outreach, Access, and Recovery (SOAR)

Increases access to Social Security Administration (SSA) disability benefits for eligible adults and children who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness and have a serious mental illness, medical impairment, and/or a co-occurring substance use disorder.

Center for Financing Reform & Innovation (CFRI)

The Center for Financing Reform and Innovation (CFRI) is a SAMHSA contract that seeks to understand financing mechanisms of behavioral health care to identify opportunities, innovations, and challenges to service delivery and access.
