SAMHSA Grants Management Specialist (GMS): The GMS provides technical assistance with financial and business matters, getting authorization for funding, program, budget, and personnel changes, and final required reports.  When emailing your GMS, include your grant number in the subject line of all e-mails and copy your GPO on all e-mails.
