This free Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) course was developed for staff members working in disaster operations at a FEMA Joint Field Office or in other disaster response efforts and areas. It describes disabilities and access and functional needs and offers ideas for including people with disabilities and other access and functional needs in disaster response, both as responders and as members of communities affected by disasters.
