This 2-hour training describes the stressors of response work and possible consequences of stress. It equips responders with techniques for addressing and managing stress and coping with challenges. The training explores the stress response, compassion fatigue, and approaches to coping with stress. Although the course is free, you must set up an account with the New England Public Health Training Center to access and complete the course.
