This tabletop exercise was designed to help the State of Nebraska test the behavioral health response to an avian influenza outbreak in a community that relies heavily on the poultry industry.
Body
The exercise can be customized by other state behavioral health experts to examine factors included in their pandemic influenza plans, such as coordination with other agencies, content and plans for risk communication, and compliance with the National Incident Management System.
