SAMHSA’s Serious Mental Illness Training and Technical Assistance Center (SMI TTAC) provides essential tools, training and resources to enhance the effectiveness of mental health care and recovery services for people with serious mental illness (SMI) and first episode psychosis (FEP). Through its efforts, SMI TTAC aims to support mental health clinicians, organizations serving those with SMI, caregivers and people experiencing SMI. Operated by the National Council for Mental Wellbeing, SMI TTAC is ready to benefit not only those directly affected by SMI but also the broader community.
